Doug Newton is a native of Florida, USA and has been living and teaching English in Ukraine since 2010. Doug's credentials include a bachelor's degree in linguistics from the University of South Florida as well as a 100-hour TESOL certificate. In his free time, Doug enjoys traveling to the developing world, studying languages, kayaking, hiking and drumming. Doug must have been Ukrainian in a previous life, because his long-term dream is to live on a large, beautiful dacha in the Ukrainian countryside!
